As the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Central Region gears up for its next chapter of internal restructuring and leadership election, a powerful endorsement has come from the party’s ideological base.

The Gallant Cadres of the NDC have thrown their weight behind Gabriella Tetteh, describing her as the definitive choice to inspire hope, unity, and confidence across the region.

In a strongly worded statement, the cadre front highlighted Tetteh, the current Central Regional Communication Officer, as the face of a new wave of purposeful, people-centered leadership required to steer the party toward major electoral milestones.

    Grassroots Mobilization and Inclusiveness

According to the statement issued by the Cadres, Tetteh’s proven commitment to grassroots mobilization and organizational development uniquely positions her as a credible contender for the Central Regional Vice Chairperson slot.

The group emphasized her unique capacity to bridge the gap between various party organs and demographics, making her a unifying figure for the upcoming political tasks.

“With her deep understanding of the political landscape and her ability to connect with delegates, branch executives, women, and the youth across the region, Gabriella Tetteh stands as a symbol of dedication, inclusiveness, and progress,” the Cadres noted.

Key Pillars of the Visionary Agenda

The Gallant Cadres outlined that Tetteh’s political philosophy aligns perfectly with the core principles of the NDC, which focus on strengthening the party from its foundational roots. Her vision centers on several structural advancements for the region:

    ● Empowering the Base: Deepening the party’s strength at the branch level and ensuring that loyal grassroots operatives are adequately recognized and rewarded.

    ● Fostering Absolute Unity: Rebuilding a cohesive front capable of dismantling opposing political forces in the region.

    ● Instilling Party Discipline: Promoting strict adherence to party discipline while maintaining an accessible leadership structure that listens to the concerns of ordinary members.

    A Call for Decisive Leadership

The statement concluded with a passionate appeal to delegates and stakeholders within the Central Region to prioritize competence, humility, and a proven winning spirit when choosing the next regional executives.

The Cadres expressed absolute confidence that Tetteh possesses the courage and strategic foresight needed to reposition the Central Region into an impenetrable stronghold for the NDC.

“The Central Region deserves a leader with courage, humility, competence, and a winning spirit. Gabriella Tetteh is that leader,” the statement affirmed, rallying behind the campaign mantra: Gabriella Tetteh—Leadership, Unity, Progress!
