The Agricultural Development Bank PLC (ADB) is set to reinforce its position as one of Ghana’s leading indigenous financial institutions with the opening of a state-of-the-art branch at East Legon and the reopening of its enhanced Dansoman Branch, marking another significant milestone in the Bank’s transformation and expansion agenda.

The two branches underscore ADB’s unwavering commitment to making banking more accessible, convenient, and customer-centric while investing in modern infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.

Strategically located in one of Accra’s unique commercial and residential hubs, the new East Legon Branch has been purpose-built to provide customers with a world-class banking experience through cutting-edge technology, modern banking facilities, and seamless service delivery. The branch is expected to serve the growing financial needs of professionals, entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), corporate organisations, and residents within East Legon and surrounding communities.

The enhanced Dansoman Branch, which has undergone extensive refurbishment and modernisation, reflects ADB’s continued investment in upgrading its existing branch network to provide customers with greater convenience, improved accessibility, and a more welcoming banking environment. The upgraded branch combines contemporary design with enhanced digital capabilities to ensure faster, safer, and more efficient banking services.

The twin developments form part of ADB’s broader strategy to expand its footprint while complementing its robust digital banking platforms, enabling customers to enjoy seamless banking experiences across physical and electronic channels.

Speaking on the significance of the expansion, the Managing Director of ADB, Edward Ato Sarpong reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to delivering banking solutions that create value for customers.

“At ADB, we are continuously investing in infrastructure, technology, and people to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service,” Ato sarpong said. “The opening of our new ultra-modern East Legon Branch and the reopening of our enhanced Dansoman Branch reflect our determination to remain closer to our customers while providing innovative financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses to thrive,” he added.

The ADB MD noted that the Bank remains focused on promoting financial inclusion by expanding access to quality banking services in key economic centres across the country.

As ADB continues its transformation journey, the opening of the new ultra-modern East Legon Branch and the enhanced Dansoman Branch demonstrate the Bank’s unwavering commitment to supporting enterprises, facilitating trade, and creating opportunities for sustainable growth.

With over six decades of trusted service, ADB continues to evolve to meet the changing expectations of customers through strategic investments in modern infrastructure, digital innovation, and exceptional customer experience.

The opening of the two branches is yet another expression of ADB’s enduring promise to go beyond banking, delivering financial solutions that empower people, strengthen businesses, and contribute to Ghana’s socio-economic development.
