Mumuni Rufai, the Personal Aide of NPP’s Executive Secretary of Hajj Board, Alhaji Hamza Faruk has been busted at Aningazanga JSS Polling Station in the Bolgatanga Central Constituency with over 100 thumb-printed ballot papers.
He was in a queue to cast his vote when the NDC Polling Agents detected that he had Foreign materials hidden in the “jallabia” he was wearing, whereupon they asked the Police to search him. Over 100 ballot papers, already thumb-printed for Bawumia were found on him. He was then arrested by the Police and taken to the regional Police Headquarters.
