The program, a joint initiative of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the Harvard Kennedy School, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is designed for senior government leaders who are driving major national initiatives. Mr. Debrah’s participation comes at a pivotal time for the Mahama administration as it seeks to consolidate economic gains and streamline public service delivery.

The Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program is renowned for its “catalytic role” in supporting ministers and high-ranking officials to implement transformational changes. For Mr. Debrah, who has been a central figure in the administration’s “Bold Ideas” agenda including the highly successful Kwahu Business Forum this engagement represents an opportunity to align Ghana’s development goals with international best practices.
